These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bowman Ventures LLC ("MoneyBeep," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the moneybeep.com website and services (the "Service").

1. Service Description

MoneyBeep is a reminder service that helps users track and receive notifications about upcoming payments, bills, subscriptions, and free trial cancellations via email, SMS, and webhooks.

1.1 Service Features

Free Plan:

• 1 active reminder
• Email notifications
• Default notification schedules

Pro Plan ($2/month or $12/year):

• Unlimited reminders
• Email notifications
• SMS notifications
• Webhook integrations
• Custom notification schedules

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MoneyBeep. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use MoneyBeep to:

• Create reminders for legitimate payment obligations
• Receive notifications about upcoming due dates
• Manage your personal or business payment schedules

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Spam, harass, or abuse others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to send unauthorized marketing messages
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pro Plan Subscription

Pro plan subscriptions are billed:

• Monthly: $2 USD per month
• Yearly: $12 USD per year (save 50%)

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain Pro features until the end of your billing period
• Your account automatically downgrades to Free at period end
• Reminders beyond the Free plan limit (1 reminder) will be disabled
• SMS and webhook features will be disabled
• You will not be charged for future billing periods

4.5 Refund Policy

Exception: We may provide refunds at our sole discretion for:

• Service outages exceeding 7 consecutive days
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges
• Other exceptional circumstances

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

MoneyBeep and all related content (logos, designs, text, code, features) are owned by Bowman Ventures LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Property

You retain all rights to the reminder content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your reminder data
• Send notifications on your behalf
• Display your content within your account

6. Third-Party Services

MoneyBeep relies on third-party services:

• Stripe - Payment processing
• Mailgun - Email delivery
• Twilio - SMS delivery
• Google Analytics - Usage analytics

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service issues.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Notification Reliability

While we strive for reliable notification delivery:

• Email delivery depends on email providers and spam filters
• SMS delivery depends on carrier networks and phone status
• Webhooks depend on third-party endpoint availability

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Liability for Missed Payments

We are not liable for:

• Late fees, penalties, or charges from missed payments
• Damage to credit scores or financial standing
• Lost discounts or benefits from missed deadlines
• Any consequences of failed or delayed notifications

8.2 General Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL BOWMAN VENTURES LLC BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bowman Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you create or upload to the Service

10. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Add or remove features at any time
• Change usage limits or restrictions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

12.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required by law to do so
• We discontinue the Service entirely

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

By using MoneyBeep, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration instead of court, except for:

• Small claims court disputes (under $10,000)
• Intellectual property disputes
• Injunctive relief requests

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
