Loved the video, very insightful! Just a quick question: I have the OKX Wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (job priority warm lab border boil monkey manage palace fiber weird ask). What's the best way to move it to Binance?
Thanks for the valuable info! Quick off-topic question: I have the SafePal Browser Extension Wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (job priority warm lab border boil monkey manage palace fiber weird ask). What's the best way to move them to Binance?
big returns come from investing big. investing big comes from building conviction, conviction comes from understanding, understanding comes from doing your homework and research beyond surface level.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Grace Miller.
Just what I needed to watch. My wife and I are directors of our farm business and own property, plus small pensions. I am nearly 55, my wife is 52. We have started to save to retire from the farm, and possibly live on rental income, I'd really appreciate you go LIVE and talk about how to earn passive income online and retire comfortably, let’s say $1M.
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing below the $100k mark and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $234,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest a huge percentage of my profit and it got more interesting.! For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home at the beginning of summer.
Over the long term, investing in the stock market generally leads to greater wealth accumulation than paying off a house in cash, as you benefit from higher potential returns. You also have the flexibility to rent and reinvest your returns. If you want to be richer, the person who rents and uses their cash to invest will end up being wealthier than the person who pays cash for a house before they begin to invest.
Essentially in the same predicament here. My net cash flow month to month is at times negative by a few hundred or so; not including the money going directly to savings and investing that I don't even see. The way i figure, is that as long as I continue to save 45-50% and keep my extra expenses under control more months than not I should be okay. Any thoughts?
Is S&P 500 a good stock to start on? Or should someone start on popular stocks such as APLE, or SBUX. I want to invest around $200K from my cash savings
After getting an emergency fund, my recommendation would be to invest 30% and save the other 30%. That way if the market goes up, you win and you will have a larger down payment. If the market goes down, then you just wait or get a more modest home.
I've been working hard to save money and contribute to early retirement and financial independence, but the economy has destroyed the majority of my portfolio since the pandemic. I want to know if I should continue to make contributions to my portfolio in these erratic markets or if I should look into other industries.
I just switched up my Roth IRA to 50% SCHD, 25% SCHX, 25% SCHG, and my Roth 401k is 70% vanguard S&P 500 index, 20% vanguard growth index, and 10% vanguard international index. Seeking best possible ways to grow $350k into $1m+ before retirement, I'm 55.
Please don’t fall into the “must buy a home” trap. Compounded growth on investments will shoot up in later years! He can easily become a millionaire by 40 with investments and buy a house in cash later in life.
I already have about 60k in my portfolio and I also agree assets still can go way up. I want to diversify my portfolio to include good stocks and perhaps some digital currencies. Any recommendations?
Given the recent market volatility, I believe investors should prioritize undervalued, lesser-known stocks. My own portfolio, which includes several once-popular stocks, has taken a significant hit. I'm seeking more stable, under-the-radar opportunities.
Any finance major will tell you, owning a house in a rental market is a bad idea. 'Can rent for $1K/month or buy a $300K condo for $2K/month? Rent.' Use ChatGPT. Don't buy. Invest in an index. Retire at 40.
Oh yes, guarantee rent goes up every year. I’ve been renting for 30 plus years. Was never able to buy a house because my ex wouldn’t get my name off the house we bought many years ago.
remember when Dave told listeners that they could withdraw 8% in perpetuity because he forgot about sequence of returns risk? 😂 now he is steering this guy towards real estate as an investment. rent does not go up every year, and renting is cheaper than owning in nearly every state.
I sold most my positions during the dip at a loss and now those stocks are doing well. Most of my holdings are in cash of about $300k now. How do I stay invested and think long-term to help me ride out the market’s ups and downs.
Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.
You have some fantastic content on your channel. At 53 years old, my husband and I achieved a net worth of $1 million back in 2017. Fast forward five years, and it has grown to $2.4 million. Despite our combined annual salary of just over $100,000, we have adopted a frugal lifestyle. We continue to drive older cars, prepare meals at home, and make use of leftovers. Additionally, we have two children currently in college. Fortunately, we had saved for their college expenses, and they are contributing by working part-time. As a result, they will graduate without any student debt.
Not even California in 24 year's does a home go up in value that much 😂. 100k Home in 1999 is now worth 650-680k, a 200k is worth about 900-950k. Well, without renovations. Say you put 50k to renovate, okay, I won't buy your house, ill buy a new one for 750k! Now if you would have put 100k in the QQA in 1999, is 1.03million today! 200k will be 2.065million today! The SP500 will have return sbout 600k in 24 years

Another big line item is medical insurance if you are not working at a job that offers it and you are under 65 years old.

I invest 100% 🤷♂️
This Daniel guy is a straight up league winner. Kudos to him.

Stopping the hsa is a mistake with that much investment income.

Dave you’re way off on this one

So Dave is saying that women neuter a man's pragmatic minimalism and suck all of the resources out of him to buy a comfortable home for themselves? 🧐
I hate that they didn't let him talk after!
Nice take home pay… our household is $200k but our take home is $120k.
