Tariffs like the ones that donOLD wants to set up would have worked post ww2 when we did manufacture everything that a American consumer would want. But in 2025 it's a stupid idea.
1000% tariff on each other nation is a must. US farmers can always sell farm goods to Brazil. Brazil can then sell to China. Use Brazil as the middle guy.
Trump is putting tarrifs on imports from ALL countries not just China – Europe, Mexico, Canada, Australia, etc, etc – ALL in imports will increase in price.
The U.S. will never win a trade war against China and the rest of the world. China, alone, is more than four times the size of the U.S. and Trump is allowing them to become the leader in renewables. Prepare for much higher prices.

That's BS, China will be paying the tarrifs!
We have a 680 billion trade deficit with China. Tit for tat, we can out tariff China!
Go ahead and make everything here, see how things go.
Everything this guy warned against doing Chump is going to do , couldn't happen to a nicer country 🇺🇸 SUCKS 😅

Congratulations too all Trump / Maga voters, he told the truth all the way
Why you think USA move their in business the first place taxes cuts and cheap labor cmon people are really dummies.
Elect him first, then ask questions. What a smart way to do things.
It will drive prices higher than ever. Trump blew it again
Funny, why our military buy all kinds of supplies, parts, equipments, etc. from China?
Fafo
They know China more than the Chinese 😅
China can buy produce from Mexico and South America. Unless it is for war equipment, nobody needs the USA.
Trump lied, Gina will not pay the tariffs. The American populous will

The American farmers, who mostly voted for Trump, are among those most at risk of being harmed by his tariff policies. Oh, the irony. 😄
China don’t need Taiwan They can make their own. Tech
Chips .
This is why Putin wanted Trump to be the U.S. president. He doesn't even understand tariffs.
USA remains the biggest reality comedy on TV.
Divide and conquer… Thank God I'm not American.
