madam, after listed in IPO how long it will take to credit in Demat/Trading Account. (CDSL)
Don't go for buying unlisted shares. Lot many risks are there. As that area is not regulated so company can set their price during IPO as per them only.
Recent examples are
Waaree Energy, Swiggy both of whose IPO priced were way below their unlisted price.
Delhivery is also another example.
One can also search for Reliance Retail if you wish so.
Trade cautiously.
Don't get fooled by these so called financial influencers. They get commissions upon recommending the platforms etc.

What if a company is not at all listed and trading as a private equity firm. Then how to sell those shares? Even now the boat or reliance or not yet listed.
Mam- Why there is a Transaction fee (2%) and Stamp duty and GST for such unlisted stocks? For the recent IPO's I have applied for and got the allotment, I don't see any such fees being enforced. Also compared to peers like InCred Money, I could see there is a huge price fluctuation. For e.g for NSE unlisted company, the price per share is ₹ 2,009.00 in Precize (formerly called Leadoff) while in InCred Money it's showing ₹1,650 per share .
I got cheated by Sharescart website, Is there any way to complain about unlisted shares or these websites. and if no option, guys please be very much careful about buying in unlisted shares. there are no sebi rules or regulations on these.

@CARachanaRanade recently we have seen that so many platforms deceive people in a different way and that is the WALLET after selling securities i am unnable to withdraw amount from my wallet to bank account i am not blamming on you as well as LEADOFF but i want to be ensured that it wont gonna happen with me on a certain platform in future. Their support is slow. Looks they operate with less resources. I am happy that the stocks reflect in my demat account.
Not sure if the price of unlisted stocks are justified,find and invest in good stocks.unlistedzone gives more details on unlisted stocks.
