Hi Guys, to clarify a few things about this video.
#1 – The story of Alex is taken from the book, and it is an imaginary story. However, lessons come from the author’s real life experiences.
#2 – We are not talking here about those logos you can buy for $ 5$ on Upwork or Fiverr. Alex's logos aren’t just simple designs—they’re part of a bigger, more strategic branding effort.
Identifying the product that is scalable is super important. Also specialization is super important as that way, you are able to improve rather than doing so many things at the same.
I specialize in a YouTube niche that reveals sidehustle ideas that anyone can try. I had wanted to spreadout my niche but I think sticking to it is important for healthy growth Thanks for sharing.

In the end you say that the video is a summary of the book "E-myth Revisited", but from the begining of the video it is said that the book is "Build to Sell".
Im buying the book. Excellent review i must say. However in my experience books qre much more detailed and i am a dinosaur that devours and digests in smaller amounts..
1. ANALYZE – I examined the SSI Award Letter in the Supplemental Security Income Program of a private room where I function at my highest mental capacity.
2. IMAGINE – I visualized the inside of the Social Security Administration Office into the back where there's a working accountant.
3. REFLECT – I rewinded back on my personal experiences such as Long-suffering, Hydrocephalus, Ruggles Projects, Employment, Housing, Education, Basketball, Poetry, Travel and 12 years experiences in the SSI Program.
4. BRAINSTORM – I quickly wrote down names.
5. INTEGRATE – I knew these 4 Government Operations had my excitement which consist of the Social Security Administration Office, Internal Revenue Service, Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency. Furthermore, I wrote Internal Intelligence Agency.
6. ENVISION – I took notice of the daily functions from SSI Claimants how their busy with typing on the keyboard with a computer, updating personal data, working the copy machine, scanning documents, taking telephone calls, writing business letters, working the fax machine, networking, doing interviews and any other SSA Office duties. Moreover, I adjusted 1 of the SSA Offices into an empty space in my private room where all of my duties are performed inside of my IIA Office.
7. FACE BOOK – I created my 1st Facebook Business Page. Perhaps, I ran my 1st Campaign Advertisement that I gathered prospects to become a Scout with Slice The Pie Team generated 8 Scouts as I attached a $20 Bonus Ad for whoever signs up free will receive in their Pay Pal Account. Regardless, I measured on a scale of 1 – 10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest for my Government Brand Name's effectiveness. I received 56 Likes. IIA stands separate from SSA building my own relationships, partnerships, programs and skills that's highly effective.
Thank you very much! Your videos have changed my life in ways I can't fully express. I aspire to become a tutor. Please create a video about how to start a tutoring agency in a smart way, as I trust your expertise and business mindset.
This video is misleading and unrealistic. While some points are obvious and pretty good, selling a single product in the modern economy is a losing strategy.
What if the people are being taught of the process / product and stole the idea and went out to establish their own companies? How do we protect our intellectual property or the rights to use the process / product on our own ?
I’ve watched almost all your videos and have thought of a business that meets all the conditions, i’ve also read a few books and have a degree in business administration and an ACCA, if it succeeds, i’ll come back to this comment and reply in the next 5 years and the reply will act as proof of all your hard work in helping me fill in the gaps in my knowledge
I got sick from the fast hand movement in the video. The content is good and valuable but please reduce the speed of that hand drawing it's making me dizzy and the video becomes unwatchable >.<
This video is such a game-changer! I love how it breaks down the steps to create a business that doesn't rely on you, and the tips from 'Built to Sell' are pure gold

A logo design for $10,000 ??? This is price is mad
Awesome! You've just cover how to build a business system in only 18 minutes. Amazing!
I see several flaws in this approach.
7:40 I don't grasp the concept of creating a unique process and not "customizing" it in terms of a logo business. Can you give specific example?
Identifying the product that is scalable is super important.

Without music is better thank you! Just like there is no background music in most learning environments. Can be distracting for some.😊
Typical AI made faceless vidio. But, info is good.
