Very, very helpful and inspiring video. For me, being naive during research and development helps me to both go beyond the way that I perceive the problem and also in the creative approach to the solution. Simon, I find your videos very instrumental in the learning process of creating a new business, but you also deliver a message of passion which is key in my journey. Thanks!
Would you build this if you had to work 85 hours a week to survive, study at the same time, and had no help from family, living in a third-world country? You didn’t start from zero, someone else set things up for you. It’s great what you’ve achieved, but be honest. You had support, money, and people to guide you. You didn’t build the software or device all on your own.
How you actually validate your ideas are working ( see some result time to time) rather than committing 10 years to something but it may be just in your head not something what the market wants
I love this so much. Thank you both so much. Such valuable content and presented so well. Such a great interviewer as well I love the focus and personality in this. You guys and team. Thanks again so much for this. ❤
Absolutely loving the idea of getting comfortable with discomfort. Reminds me of some wild moments on Ready Set StartUP UK—when you see entrepreneurs push through that discomfort to pitch their dreams, it’s pure magic.
I come from a family that never believed in my decisions or my vision. For a very long time (years), I didn’t believe in myself until last year. I have this Christian Clothing brand online but nothing massive or great has happened in months now. I don’t come from a business background but I really want this brand to grow and run.
Some help would be appreciated. Thank you. God bless 🙌
Thank you for your content! I love them. And i love the idea that you make your guest write down notes. You just might want to let them finish when they're speaking. You both are gold. Again thank you!
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires, thanks Charlotte Grace Miller

Hi Simon, i am 23 this year i was given a opportunity to become a part of a franchised milk tea owner. I am 2 months in and i feel less motivated day by day( mostly not good sales and stress from entrepreneurship) Has been working for 15hours a day no off days. Feel so burned out lately and has been thinking about my decision was bad. Just feel like the franchise brand is a ripped off for people buying their brand.
I wish you could come to somalia because i got a big land which i always wanted to turn it into farm but unfortunately i don't have enough money or anyone to invest in my dream project anyways do get in touch if you want invest into a pawpaw, and chillies farm

Amazing content as always. Thanks for providing these useful content for free!
How did the concept not get stolen by one of the VC or other key people along the early stages
How did the product get designed and made.

Learn a lot from this video.Thanks a lot.👍👍
Will's name is nowhere in the description. Is that on purpose? If so, is it a marketing strategy? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

Don't delete your videos plz
You should interview some people that have failed in starting businesses, it would be an interesting POV.
