Additional advice: HAVE 3 SEPERATE BANK ACCOUNTS. * 2 checking. *1 savings. One should just be for your bills(NEEDS) One for your WANTS And of course the other for savings. keep it organized.
$980 rent $600 car and insurance $50 internet $50 cell phone $50 utilities $80 electric bill. We’re starting on the wrong foot. Also how many jobs are paying $20/ hour? Not many. Wow man USA is fucked. Oh I forgot about $400 in groceries. Hahahahah
$1400 cannot cover all that in 2024. Maybe if you are very lucky, and dont have a car payment. For most people this isnt possible. Throw a few kids in there and it's even more impossible.
Only saving $500 a month isn’t enough! Gosh…. I think it should be the 60/30/10 rule with only 10 going to wants. Sorry! But in this economy…. 1400 isn’t enough for needs and 20 isn’t enough to save to retire. 60/10/30. The only way
Please don't ever let your savings be less than anything else. Having higher savings will increase your chances of meeting your investment goals and cover more emergencies or other expenses. You can always wait to buy yourself treats, but emergencies and othe future investments are non-negotiable

This is not realistic for today's income.
Bruhhh… where you gonna find a place where 1400 is all of the needs… my mortgage is 1000 a month by itself. And that’s cheap compared to many
This method doesn't work because if you start by spending, you will naver save… you save first and spend whats left
❤❤❤ i love this can you do 24 bucks working part time??

Thank you so so so so so so much!!!! 💐
Is this rage bait?
The 30% for wants is too high.
Car payment is not a need. If you’re making $20/hr you absolutely should not have a car payment. No one should, but especially if you make $20/hr.
But what if a lot of your investments are pre tax like 401k?
What if you have change on the 50%? What you do with it?
Thank you for this
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love visuals
1400 is rent and that's if ur lucky
Wait, you guys dont live paycheck to paycheck?
Why is "TITHE" last on the budget list?
Terrible advice
Please do Chicago Taxes. I make 23/hour part time
🤔 how do u do that if u get
paid biweekly @ $14.42 a hr??
That's what mine looks like except I put wayyy more interesting savings then that. Ain't going to get anything done spending all of that on wants.
Do you really need another pair of shorts? Of course not.
My man, rent by me is 2,000 for a studio and that's considered a good deal.
Listen this is 2024 not all of us can afford to do that..

I feel like 20% want and 30% saving/investing would make more sense.
Definitely took a screen shot thank you for this good visual display to use as a format

This video is for me! 20
If I want to buy a car or a motorcycle, should I take money from wants or from savings?
What if 50% of your monthly income is rent
Can you do for $18?
This is only if your rent is under $500 and car note under $400
Thanks for including tithes. Many don't calculate that. It's God's money!
Is the 50/30/20 rule or the 75/15/10 better?
