In India only 40 k salary average throughout life can be considered based on multiple factors one important is if you don't own your house. I'm dreaming of owning a house and hence watching this video but i realised when I will have the amount to purchase a plot of land with current price, after 20 years the same plot price will increase and i will be in a loop to save for 10 years and the price will again increase more than my savings 😞.

Increment of 10% annually can be feasible for the initial phases, but depends heavily on the income increase percent… Often companies give around 5-7% hike which makes it very difficult to support a 10% step up

Only examplary calculation make big money but real case is very different. I will explain,a person who has potential to earn 4 lac / month in his 40s year age is easy to say crorepati bit average person who can earn upto 50k only in his 50s, it is very tough to be crorepati and that is the most of cases for our country.
