😳Sir! If you're living off a $17 dividend investment, then why are you selling all this other stuff? If you're doing well with your investing, then what gives?
Nov 2024 this ETF is not looking to good, or it could just be a discount opportunity but 80 odd buck three months ago down to 20 something? What happened
I’m 61 until December and you just taught me in the simplest way how to understand investing. I have nothing to other than SSI when I turn 65. I don’t know what tomorrow will be but today I will use what little money I have now and start investing the way you said. Thank you so much for the insight. I have watched too many videos and no one simplified investing like you did. Wish me luck.❤
I'm hoping there will be a housing crisis so I can buy cheaply when I sell a few houses in 2025. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What advice do you have for choosing the best buying time? On the one hand, I continue to read and see trading earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?
I prefer DHY: Credit Suisse they cost $2.17 each today and pay out 8.57% Annual dividend yield paid out in 12 monthly payments. Sometimes it goes as high as 10% dividend payout.
The average stock in my portfolio has been cut in half, and the only way to make money this year has been to either short or to trade long in very short time frames. I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my dipping $117k stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this market?
To enhance our long-term investment mix, my partner and I are introducing a range of stocks and ETFs. We've committed $220k initially, with a particular emphasis on inflation-protected bonds and businesses demonstrating robust cash flows. I see potential for enduring growth in the current market, yet I'm also keen to explore strategies for generating short-term gains.
2 questions: 1) I'm not seeing where this has ever been $80 a share? It's looking like 3 months ago (when this video was posted), it's looking like this stock was mid-20s. What am i missing, here? (I'm very new stocks — don't judge me lol). 2) What website/program/app/whatever is he using in the beginning when he was looking at the stock, going through the holdings and whatnot? Thank you very much for any help!
I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
I really appreciate your efforts! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
I don't understand. I looked this stock up on my think or swim and it's showing the all time high of only $28.90. It's the exact same name but you're showing it at $81.26. What's going on here?
Sorry for the stupid question but you talk about living Financial free each year it shows an annual dividend on the page. So can you take that annual dividend and live off that or do you have to keep putting it back in I'm confused between principal and annual dividend so if I take out the annual dividend my principal does it stay the same
Markets at all time highs make me nervous. Heavily backing SCHD right now. But I’m still open to buying more because some brilliant companies seem at good prices. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
One of the most briIIiant investing advice i have ever gotten on youtube came from watching an interview with Julianne Iwersen Niemann on CNBC. Indeed, A solid investment strategy is like a well-planted tree it can withstand storms and still grow strong..
Yall mugs better start giving financial investing disclosures at the beginning of your videos saying that you guys aren’t financial advisors or I’m gonna start suing yall mugs to pay my bills and replace my job😂😂😂
Okay these clickbait thumbnails are getting out of hand 😂😂😂😂 shid I’ve been in SCHD for a min and I have like 1k in it , and I can tell you I’m no where close to replacing my job. Maybe in a decade
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Grace Miller for helping me achieve this

Misleading title. But if you know anything about investing, you knew that before you clicked the video.

Note you have to have 50K first
Just saying, but SCHD has never been at $81. The highest it has been is currently, $29. Where are you getting those numbers?
Problem is. No one has this capital to start making this and most people are too late in the game.
What platforms can I trade this on?
